A Beautiful Beginning

ree

Today was a milestone for our church plant. It was a day filled with joy, gratitude, and the sweet reminder of why we felt called to build this faith community in the first place. We gathered for our very first Baby Dedication, and the atmosphere was overflowing with love, purpose, and God’s presence.

Families, friends, and future members of our growing church came together to celebrate the precious children entrusted to our care. Watching a mother stand with her little ones, surrounded by support, prayer, and encouragement, was a powerful reminder that we are building more than a church. We are building a family.

During the dedication, we prayed over each child, asking God to guide their steps, fill their lives with favor, and surround them with people who will nurture their gifts and help shape their faith. We also prayed for strength and wisdom for the mother as she leads their home with intention, grace, and love.

What made this day even more special were the quiet, unplanned moments: a baby softly caressing her mother's face, a mother gathering both children in her arms at the same time, and the tender exchanges that speak volumes about the beauty of parenthood. These moments reflected the heart of our mission: to walk alongside families, celebrate life, and create a community that models Christ’s love in everything we do.

As we continue planting the seeds of The Hub Church, today served as a beautiful reminder: God is already moving! He is blessing families, uniting hearts, and giving us glimpses of the impact this ministry will have for generations to come.

We are excited for all that God has in store, and we are grateful for every person who is choosing to grow with us. Today’s Baby Dedication wasn’t just a ceremony, it was a declaration of hope, faith, and the promise of new beginnings.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special day. May this be the first of many celebrations as we continue building a church rooted in love, community, and Christ.
